My Training Philosophy

I would say that about 80% of the people that I have trained were weight loss clients.  Some people were just looking for conditioning, boxing or to add muscle mass but the majority needed to lose weight.  My training philosophy is scientifically effective because it is a combination of strength and cardio.  You build lean muscle while at the same time increasing your endurance.  Most workouts are one or the other.  It’s a dynamic training system.  You could compare it to P90X or Cross Fit.  The difference is that I can track your progress and customize your routine on the fly.  If I feel there is an exercise that you can’t perform effectively then I will alter it.  If there is an exercise that hurts a certain injury then we work around it…That’s the benefit of a trainer.
